Exchange Policy

1.Customers are entitled to exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.

2.The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with no benefits derived from it.

3.Customers bear the shipping costs and are responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company for exchanges within or outside the Kingdom.

4.If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the store will cover all shipping costs and send the replacement product at no additional charge.


Return Policy

5.The refund will be processed using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days.


General Terms and Conditions


Non-refundable or non-exchangeable products:

•Products with defects caused by misuse by the customer.

•Products that exceed the specified time frame for returns or exchanges.


The store reserves the right to request photos or a video (minimum 40 seconds) to demonstrate the product’s condition and the reason for the return or exchange request.

All products are covered by a 2-year golden warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents or misuse.

•Completing an order implies acceptance of all the policies and terms mentioned above.


Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

•Orders can be modified or canceled if the order status is not marked as “Processed.”

•If the customer fails to receive the order, they will bear the return shipping costs.
